Delivery and Return Policy
 
DELIVERY
Your requests are processed at the end of the order to prepare for delivery. After your order is approved, it will be delivered to the cargo company at the end of 5 (five) business days at the latest. The status of your cargo can be tracked with the cargo tracking number that will be given to you at the end of your order. The products that constitute the subject of the contract are delivered to the BUYER by the cargo company to be determined by the SELLER. Cargo fees and cargo insurance fees, if any, are covered by the buyer.
After the payment is made, the delivery time of the products subject to the contract takes an average of 1 day to 1 week.
The SELLER is not responsible for any damages that may occur to the product during shipping and delivery. The BUYER has the right not to accept the cargo when he sees a damage to the product delivered to him. If there are damages or loss of use that may occur in the product due to cargo transportation, the BUYER must return it to the cargo authority by adding it to the product / products to be returned by keeping a damage assessment report (minutes) from the cargo company official before approving the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Otherwise, the BUYER will be responsible for any damage or loss of use caused by cargo damage and the product cannot be returned. In the event that it is determined by the SELLER that the defect in the product occurred before cargo and delivery, the process of replacing and re-shipping the product takes a maximum of 7 working days after the damaged product reaches the SELLER warehouse. In the event of a situation arising from the unavailability of the product, the SELLER shall refund the payment made to the BUYER under the conditions written in this contract.
 
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (RETURN)
 
The BUYER has the right of withdrawal within (7) days from the delivery of the product subject to the contract to him or the person / organization at the address indicated. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, it is essential to notify support@3beez3d.com by e-mail within this period and that the product has not been used within the framework of the provisions of the relevant article. In case this right is exercised, it is obligatory to return the original invoice with a copy of the cargo delivery report that the product delivered to the 3rd person or the BUYER was sent to the seller. The product price is returned to the BUYER within 7 days following the receipt of these documents. If the original invoice is not sent, VAT and other legal obligations, if any, cannot be refunded. The shipping cost of the product returned due to the right of withdrawal is covered by the BUYER.
The right of withdrawal cannot be used for products that cannot be returned due to their nature, disposable products, copyable software and programs, custom-made products, products that deteriorate quickly or expire. All kinds of software and programs, consumable materials (Line stone, Marker Pen, etc.) and the use of the right of withdrawal are subject to the condition that the packaging of the product is unopened, intact and the product has not been used.
In addition, the consumer cannot use the right of withdrawal in goods produced in accordance with the special requests and demands of the consumer or personalized by making changes or additions.
If the payment is made by credit card or a similar payment card, the consumer may request the cancellation of the payment transaction on the grounds that the card was used against his/her will and unlawfully. In this case, the card issuer shall refund the payment amount to the consumer within 30 days from the notification of the objection.
